CO-WORKING

We do not currently offer co-working space at Alscot.

Like many commercial landlords, the period following Covid required us to adapt quickly to changing demand as working patterns shifted and businesses reassessed their needs. Co-working space was introduced as part of the solution.

As working practices have now stabilised, we’re seeing a clear shift. Many small independent businesses are looking once again for their own private, self-contained office space — somewhere they can build their identity, create focus, and establish a longer-term base.
